Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu [1300m. / 4267ft.]
Welcome to the Himalayan Country of Nepal "The country of Paradise" Upon your arrival in Kathamndu International Airport.Our representative or staff of  Alternative Destinations awaits to greets your Arrival with offering Khada,Which is the Ceremonial scarf used in Tibet and Mangolia   symbolizing with  claritty,sympathy & Kindness.Then will be transre to your Hotel in Kathamndu.Once you are check to the Hotel and get refreshed  your guide will brief on about Nepal and your upcoming  your Trip/Tour/Trek that you are going through us.O/N at Hotel.

Day 02:  Kathamndu Sightseeing & Trip Preparation
Morning after breakfst at Hotel ,we Proceed to guided day trip to World Heritage Sites within the Kathamndu Valley and highlights of kathmandu and sarrounding areas,Pilgrimage site of Hindus Temple "Pashupatinath",One of the Most important shrines of Lord Shiva Temple on the suncontinent which is the home of thousand of devotees & Sadhus(holy men)The Boudhanath Stupa is an other pilgrime site of Buddhist centre in Kathamndu Valley.we are really entresting to explore & research the stupa going around prayer wheel amidst fluttering colourful flags and prayersbeing chanted.After complete look around the Bouddhanath Stupa,we do lunch somewhere the restaurent overthere.After Lunch we again proceed toSwayambhunath Temple also known as the  Monkey Temple,located on the south-western part of Kathmandu.Swyambhunath is one of the most important in both cultural nad religious site in Nepal and is associated with the birth of the civilization of Kathamndu Valley.After that we visit Kathamndu Durbar Square which is an old Durbar Square(Royal Palace) of kathmandu city.we can see many temples ,ancient architectures and Kumari ( The Living Godddes). Free for Evening and be preperation of Tibet Trip.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Lhasa Flight and Transfer to Hotel.
Morning after breakfast our  representative from Alternative Destinations will drop you to the Kathamndu International Airport for Lhasa Flight with your Tibet Permit and Visit Visa papers by China Air in the morning & after a 70 minute fly over the highest mountains between Mt. Everest and Mt. Kanchenjunga, Our Agent from Tibet welcome reception at Lhasa Gonggar Airport (LXA) with a 4WD vehicle to drive 60km in the completely smooth and blacktopped high way to Lhasa City and assist you to check in at your confirmed accommodation with BB Plan. Lhasa is situated on the north bank of Kyi-Chu River and in the Tibetan language means "Place of the Gods". Rest is important today as you acclimatize to the rarefied atmosphere of this high altitude city. 

Day 04: Sightseeing  Around Lhasa(Explore Lhasa)
Morning After Breakfast Our Guide(Tibetanl take you to visit Potala Palace, Ramoche Monastery and the Norbulingka. Potala Palace, the erstwhile home of the Dalai Lamas, which was built in 637 AD atop a single hill by the Tibetan king, Songtsen Gampo. Norbulingka, the erstwhile summer palace of Dalai Lama meaning ‘Jewel Park', is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and covers an area of around 3,60,000 Square Meter making it the largest man-made garden in Tibet.O/N at Hotel.

Day 05: Sightseeing Around Lhasa(Explore Lhasa)
This day of the sightseeing,You will visit  Sera Monastery, Jokhang Monastery & Barkhor Market. The Sera Monastery, Which is lies just 5 km, north of Lhasa &  one of Lhasa's prettiest monasteries and once upon a time sheltered a community of more than 5,000 monks. Jokhang Monastery, situated in the heart of Old Lhasa, houses, Tibet's most precious religious relic, a golden Sakyamuni Buddha which was brought as a gift by the Chinese Princess Wen Cheng on the occasion of her wedding to the Tibetan King, Songtsen Gampo. O/N at Hotel.

Day 06: Lhasa to Kathmandu Fly Back
Morning After breakfast  check out from the Hotel and proceed drive to Airport  to  fly from Lhasa (3650m) to Kathmandu (1350m). In your morning flight you may assemble enjoy with wonderful Himalayan views of Nepal and Tibet. Once you arrive at The Airport we take you to the Hotel in Kathamndu.Morning After breakfast  check out from the Hotel and proceed drive to Airport  to  fly from Lhasa (3650m) to Kathmandu (1350m). In your morning flight you may assemble enjoy with wonderful Himalayan views of Nepal and Tibet. Once you arrive at The Airport we take you to the Hotel in Kathamndu.

Day 07: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Morning After have breakfast we provide you the half day city sightseeing and Shopping at the last day.Evening we take you to the farewell dinner at tripical Nepalese Restaurent with cultural Programme.

Day 08: Departure to Onward Destinations.
Today is the last day of the trip &Shopping some  souvenirs for your friends,family members and anyothers you want.Then we take you to the airport for onward destinations. and Good Bye and See You again.....................................

Minimum of 2 Weeks in advance, a firm booking with full payment along with full passport details (Full Name, Sex, Nationality, Passport Number, Date of Birth and Profession) should reach us. We arrange TIBET/CHINA visa. However, 5 full working days is required with a condition that client
should be available in KATHMANDU, otherwise urgent charge will have to be borne by the client. On request, we can also advise your local CHINESE CONSULATE/EMBASSY issue visa at your end.

50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fee if you cancel the tour within 7 days prior to the start of the tour. No refund, thereafter, also for NO SHOWS, DELAY ARRIVALS or whatsoever reason.

Samrat Tours & Travels always puts its all efforts to make your journey smooth and pleasant. However as all TIBET tour are run strictly under Tibet Tourism Authority, we shall not be responsible for any change or cancellation of programs due to unavoidable circumstances such as road blockade, flood, snow unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival of clients, sickness of accidents breakdown of vehicles. Any extra cost incurring thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spot. It is most advisable that clients to have full insurance against medical and personal accident risks. A cancellation insurance is also most recommended.

However, a warm jacket or sweater with sunglasses, chopsticks, suntan lotion, Swiss knife, water bottle, and a small medical kit, etc. are always advised.

Travelling in TIBET is an adventure involving high altitude and could be strenuous. While most visitors have only minor effects from the altitude, we advise specially the guest with known heart or lungs or blood diseases to consult their doctor before travelling. Mild headache, fever, loss of appetite or stomach disorder can take place in a process of acclimatisation. Our advice for better acclimatization, drink 4 Ltr. of water minimum a day, do not exhaust yourself so much, breathe deep and take rest more than usual.
