Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,300m /4,264ft).

Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing & Trek Preparation (1,300m/4,264ft).

Day 03: Flight to Lukla (2,800m) and trek to Phakding (2,652m) 3-4 hours trek.

Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,450m) 5-6 hours trek.

Day 05: Rest & acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar.

Day 06: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Khumjung (3,810m) 4-5 hours trek.

Day 07: Trek from Khumjung to Phortse Village (3,800m) 5-6 hours trek.

Day 08: Trek from Phortse Village to Dingboche (4,360 m) 6 hours trek.

Day 09: Rest day in Dingboche; hike to Chhukung (4,730m).

Day 10: Trek from Dingboche to Duglha (4,600m) 3-4 hours trek.

Day 11: Trek from Duglha to Lobuche (4,950m) 3-4 hours trek.

Day 12: Trek to Gorakshep - Everest Base Camp (5,364m) then return to Gorakshep (5170m.) 7-8 hours Trek.

Day 13: Ascend to Kalapatthar (5,550m) and return to Pheriche (4,280 m) 7-8 hours trek.

Day 14: Trek from Pheriche to Tyangboche (3,860m) 5-6 hours trek.

Day 15: Trek from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (2, 800m) 5-6 hours trek.

Day 16: Trek from Namche to Lukla (2, 600m) 6-7 hours trek.

Day 17: Flight to Kathmand

Day 18: Departure.

Like Trekking Boots,Sleping bags,trekking bags,trekking sticks,down jackets and mattris you can get on hire per day basic and rest of the gears you have to buy since some of the things are personnel uses and some items thouse you get from here will not be returnable or a cheaper item import from china.The most Important kind information you that from the first day of your trip except your day pack the luggage which will be carried by the porter should not the weight of  20 kg.Per Head.

Head: Sun hat or scarf, Light balaclava or warm fleece hat,Sunglasses with UV protection

Lower Body: Under Garments,Hiking shorts, Lightweight cotton long pants, Light and expedition weight thermal bottoms,Fleece or wool pants (seasonal),Waterproof (preferably breathable fabric) shell pants

Feet: Thin, lightweight inner socks / Thick, warm wool hiking socks/ Hiking boots with spare laces/ Camp shoes (sneakers and/or sandals) Gaiters for hiking in winter to the base camp

Upper Body: T-shirts,Light and expedition weight thermal tops/ Fleece jacket or pullover / Fleece Wind-Stopper jacket (optional), Waterproof (preferably breathable fabric) shell jacket, Down vest and/or jacket 

Hands: Lightweight gloves /Heavyweight gloves or mittens with a waterproof shell outer (seasonal)
Accessories: Sleeping bag rated to zero degree centigrade / Headlamp (e.g. Pretzel Zoom) with spare bulbs and batteries / Trekking Bags/Duffel bag /  Basic First Aid Kit /Large plastic bags - for keeping items dry inside trek bag,Daypack (approximately 2500 to 3000 cubic inches), Trekking Poles ,Water bottle (2) or camel bag,Toiletries (Small wash towel, Toilet papers etc)/ Ear Plug (who know some people on group are snoring)
