Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu [1300m. / 4267ft.]
Welcome to the Himalayan Country of Nepal "The country of Paradise" Upon your arrival in Kathamndu International Airport.Our representative or staff of  Alternative Destinations awaits to greets your Arrival with offering Khada,Which is the Ceremonial scarf used in Tibet and Mangolia   symbolizing with  claritty,sympathy & Kindness.Then will be transre to your Hotel in Kathamndu.Once you are check to the Hotel and get refreshed  your guide will brief on about Nepal and your upcoming  your Trip/Tour/Trek that you are going through us.O/N at Hotel.
Day 02:  Kathamndu Sightseeing & Trek Preparation
Morning after breakfst at Hotel ,we Proceed to guided day trip to World Heritage Sites within the Kathamndu Valley and highlights of kathmandu and sarrounding areas,Pilgrimage site of Hindus Temple "Pashupatinath",One of the Most important shrines of Lord Shiva Temple on the suncontinent which is the home of thousand of devotees & Sadhus(holy men)The Boudhanath Stupa is an other pilgrime site of Buddhist centre in Kathamndu Valley.we are really entresting to explore & research the stupa going around prayer wheel amidst fluttering colourful flags and prayersbeing chanted.After complete look around the Bouddhanath Stupa,we do lunch somewhere the restaurent overthere.After Lunch we again proceed toSwayambhunath Temple also known as the  Monkey Temple,located on the south-western part of Kathmandu.Swyambhunath is one of the most important in both cultural nad religious site in Nepal and is associated with the birth of the civilization of Kathamndu Valley.After that we visit Kathamndu Durbar Square which is an old Durbar Square(Royal Palace) of kathmandu city.we can see many temples ,ancient architectures and Kumari ( The Living Godddes). Free for Evening and be preperation of trek.
Day 3: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla 2840m and trek to Phakding 2610m/3-4 hours,
After 45 minutes fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and will have breakfast and then continue our journey passing many Buddhist monuments during the trail and finally we reach in Phakding which takes about 3 hours. We will have lunch there. O/N at Guest House.

Day 4: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar 3440m/5-6 hours,
In the morning after breakfast; we start from hotel and we reach in Monjo after 3 hours walk passing many suspension bridges with good view of Mt. Thamserku and we should entry our permit and will have lunch in Jorsalle. Then we start to climb steep up slowly passing high suspension bridge till Namche Bazar which takes about 2 and half hour. O/N at Guest House.
Day 5: Acclimatization  Day  at Namchhe Bazaar / Explore/hike to Syangboche
Morning trek to Everest view hotel for panoramic and spectacular view of mountains. It takes 2 hours to reach in there and after 1 hour enjoy with the mountains then we climb down to Khumjung village for the visit ancient monastery and Khumjung Hillary School. It takes about 1 hour. We can see Skull of Yeti inside the Monastery. This is the biggest Sherpa village in Khumbu region. Again we continue our trek to Khunde village which takes about 1 hour. We will have lunch there and visit the old monastery and back to hotel in Namche via Syangboche village. It takes about 1 and half hour. O/N at Guest House.
Day 6: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche 3860m/4-5 hours,
In the morning, we start our trek like as before days and the trail continues to straight until reaching Kyanjuma village and takes about 1 & half hour walk and then the trail climbs down to the Dudh Kosi River and cross by suspension bridge. We can see a series of picturesque water driven prayer wheel. Then we will have lunch in Phungi Thangna. The steep ascent brings us to Tengboche village. We can visit ancient Buddhist Monastery in evening time to take a meditation with many monks and nuns. The views of the mountains are spectacular in the morning and evening. O/N at Guest House.
Day 7: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche 4410m/5-6 hours,
Today, our trail continues through the Rhododendrons forests until reaching the suspension bridge near the Pangboche village which takes about 2 hours. Then we cross the bridge and we climb up gently steep trail until reaching the Pangboche village. The trail continues a little steeper up till to reach Pangboche monastery. We can visit the monastery and continue our trek till Somare village, it takes about 1 hour. We will have lunch break there. After lunch the trail continues in the isolated pastures and fields till Orsho, left trail goes to Pheriche and right trail continues to Dingboche. Then we continue our trek to following the upstream of Imja Khola. Finally we arrive in Dingboche which takes about 2 hours. Now we have a good view of Amadablam, Island Peak, Lhotse, Tawache, Tsolache, Lobuche and other peaks.O/N at Guest House.
Day 8: Acclimatization day, Hike to Chhukung-Ri 5550m (7 hours side trip)
Today we have a day off to acclimatize. So, our trail continues in the Yak grazing land until reaching Chhukung village which takes about 2 hours. Then we continue our steep ascent trail till Chhukung-Ri which takes about 2 and half hour. Now we have a close view of Lhotse, Makalu, Island peak and Baruntse himal as well. Then you descend till Chhukung and will have lunch break. It takes about 1 hour. After lunch we come back same way until reaching Dingboche village. O/N at Guest House.
Day 9: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche 4910m/5-6 hours,
Morning  after breakfast, the short climb brings us to the ridge above Dingboche and past the small Chhorten and descends to the broad terrace above the Khumbu Khola valley. We continue our trail passing the terrace until reaching Thukla which takes about 2 and half hour. We can see a short glimpse of the majestic peak of Pumori, Nuptse, Lobuche, Cholatse, Tawache, Amadablam and other small peaks. We will have lunch break there before climb the steep terminal moraine of the Khumbu glacier. After lunch, the trail steeply ascends until reaching at the top of the ridge, is an array of cairn memorials and large heaps of stones with prayer flags, remembering mountaineers who perished on missions to climb Everest. We have a dramatic mountain views like Nuptse, Pumori, Khumbutse, Lingtren, Lobuche, Tawache and Amadablam etc. then your trail continues until reaching Lobuche which takes about 2 and half hour. In the evening time we go to look Khumbu Glacier. O/N at Guest House.

ay 10: Trek from Lobuche to Gorak-Shep 5140m/3-4 hours,
Morning after breakfast we continue our trek in the left bank of Khumbu glacier and steep climb up till Changri glacier, and then short descend to reach Gorak shep. It takes about 2 and half hour. We will have lunch break there. After lunch, we can enjoy great view of Pumori, Lingtren, Khumbutse, Nuptse. O/N at Guest House.
Day 11: Exploring the Everest Base Camp 5364m.
Today’s journey is a round trip to Mount Everest Base Camp. First we pass by the glacier lake. Then, we go through the side of moraine and go down to the central part of Khumbhu glacier. We follow the small ups and downs through the glacier until reaching Everest Base Camp which looks desolate surrounding ice, snow and rock faces. We can see from here South Col and the icefalls of the Western Cwn as well as Pumori. Then, we return back to our campsite which takes about 6 hours for round trip. O/N at Guest House.
Day 12: Trek from Gorak-Shep to Pheriche 4240m (4/5 hours)
Early in the morning, we will hike to Kala Pathar 5550m. The trail steeply ascends until reaching Kala Pathar view point which takes about 2 hours. Kala Pathar means Black rocks. Now we have an excellent view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Khumbutse, Pumori, Lingtren, Changtse (Chinese mountain), Amadablam, Thamserku, Lobuche peak and other peaks all around. There is also unobstructed view of sunrise and sunset. Then we climb down till our hotel and it takes about 1 hour. We will have our breakfast. After breakfast we continue our trek passing the Changri glacier until reaching Lobuche which takes about 2 hour. Then we continue again until reaching Thukla which takes about 1 hour. We will have lunch there. After lunch, the trail continues gently descent till reaching Pheriche. It takes about 2 hour. O/N at Guest House.
Day 13: Trek from Pheriche to Tengboche 3860m/4-5 hours,
After breakfast we return back same way to Tengboche. Firstly our trail continues passing the pastures land and cross a small stream, then gradually descends to Pangboche Village and cross by an Iron bridge. We keep walking through the Rhododendron forested area until reaching Debuche. Then a short steep ascent brings us to Tengboche village and it takes 4 hours. We will have lunch there. O/N at Guest House.
Day 14: Trek from Tengboche to Monjo 2835m/6-7 hours,
From Tengboche we leave the village and descend gentle slopes. Then, the trail becomes a steep descents through the forest until reaching the Dudh Kosi River and cross by a bridge. It takes about 1 and half hours. After crossing the bridge, we keep ascending through a forest and arrive in the village name is called Kyangjuma. Now we walk the level trail the mountain flank until reaching the large settlement of Namche Bazzar which takes about 2 hours. We will have our lunch there. After Lunch, we continue the trail keep a steep descending until reaching Monjo. The trail descends through pine trees and cross the high suspension bridge over the Dudh Kosi River. Then our trail continues River side and we arrive in Monjo and it takes about 2 and half hours. O/N at Guest House.

Day 15: Trek from Monjo to Lukla 2840m/5-6 hours,
In the morning, we leave the Monjo and  We continue our trek until reaching Phakding with crossing several bridges about 1 and half hours walk. We will have our lunch there. After lunch our trail continues until reaching Lukla with passing up and down which takes about 2 hours.O/N at Guest House
Day 16: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu,
Early in the morning fly back to Kathmandu which takes approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrrival in kathmandu we transfer to Hotel be refresh,processing your photos /shopping and your tour guide pick you take you for welcome/farewell dinner in one of the Typical Nepalese Restaurants in the Heart of Kathamndu with Cultural Programme.O/N at Kathmandu Hotel.  
Day 17: Departure to International Airport.
Today is the last day of the trip &Shopping some  souvenirs for your friends,family members and anyothers you want.Then we take you to the airport for onward destinations. and Good Bye and See You again.....................................

Experience Required
The 16-days Everest Base Camp Trek is suitable for keen walkers who are able to walk for 4 - 6 hours in a day, with a light rucksack. Some of the days are quite long, and the walking feels more strenuous at altitude. Generally the trail is a good track, but occasionally it will be rough and rocky, especially on the final section up to Everest Base Camp.
Travel Insurance 
Travel insurance is must Necessary for all Clients undertaking any tour and trekking with us weather for long or short trip/Tour which would  provide sufficient protection for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance and ample cover for baggage.
Group Composition
The Everest Base camp trek will be led by an experienced Local English Speaking Guide of our Company. The Guide is a vital contributor to the enjoyment and well-being of the trekking members and he will be there to deal with any unexpected problems. To that end, we aim to provide a Guide who will make the trek successful and enjoyable throughout.The Guide will be supported by a assistant of Sherpa when there are more then 10 clients in the Trekking group and  one porter will be for two clients.however we mention in the fact, we also  acknowledge that we organized  the trip even for minimum 1 (one) client to maximum the group size of 15. to the Everest Base Camp Trek.So that if somebody wants to take a along trip to the Everest Base Camp, the trekking  Guide himself will support to carry your luggage about up to 10KG.

One Day before of your departure to the trip, we from the office host the pre meeting about the Travel Trip that you are going take through our Company  and introduces with guides and Sherpa  and light briefing about the culture and some do or does not while you are in Nepal.

Like Trekking Boots,Sleping bags,trekking bags,trekking sticks,down jackets and mattris you can get on hire per day basic and rest of the gears you have to buy since some of the things are personnel uses and some items thouse you get from here will not be returnable or a cheaper item import from china.The most Important kind information you that from the first day of your trip except your day pack the luggage which will be carried by the porter should not the weight of  20 kg.Per head.

Head: Sun hat or scarf, Light balaclava or warm fleece hat,Sunglasses with UV protection

Lower Body: Under Garments,Hiking shorts, Lightweight cotton long pants, Light and expedition weight thermal bottoms,Fleece or wool pants (seasonal),Waterproof (preferably breathable fabric) shell pants

Feet: Thin, lightweight inner socks / Thick, warm wool hiking socks/ Hiking boots with spare laces/ Camp shoes (sneakers and/or sandals) Gaiters for hiking in winter to the base camp

Upper Body: T-shirts,Light and expedition weight thermal tops/ Fleece jacket or pullover / Fleece Wind-Stopper jacket (optional), Waterproof (preferably breathable fabric) shell jacket, Down vest and/or jacket 

Hands: Lightweight gloves /Heavyweight gloves or mittens with a waterproof shell outer (seasonal)

Accessories: Sleeping bag rated to zero degree centigrade / Headlamp (e.g. Pretzel Zoom) with spare bulbs and batteries / Trekking Bags/Duffel bag /  Basic First Aid Kit /Large plastic bags - for keeping items dry inside trek bag,Daypack (approximately 2500 to 3000 cubic inches), Trekking Poles ,Water bottle (2) or camel bag,Toiletries (Small wash towel, Toilet papers etc)/ Ear Plug (who know some people on group are snoring)
