Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu[1300m. / 4267ft.]
Welcome to the Himalayan Country of Nepal "The country of Paradise" Upon your arrival in Kathamndu International Airport.Our representative or staff of  Alternative Destinations awaits to greets your Arrival with offering Khada,Which is the Ceremonial scarf used in Tibet and Mangolia   symbolizing with  claritty,sympathy & Kindness.Then will be transre to your Hotel in Kathamndu.Once you are check to the Hotel and get refreshed  your guide will brief on about Nepal and your upcoming  your Trip/Tour/Trek that you are going through us.O/N at Hotel.
Day 02:  Kathamndu Sightseeing & Trek Preparation
Morning after breakfst at Hotel ,we Proceed to guided day trip to World Heritage Sites within the Kathamndu Valley and highlights of kathmandu and sarrounding areas,Pilgrimage site of Hindus Temple "Pashupatinath",One of the Most important shrines of Lord Shiva Temple on the suncontinent which is the home of thousand of devotees & Sadhus(holy men)The Boudhanath Stupa is an other pilgrime site of Buddhist centre in Kathamndu Valley.we are really entresting to explore & research the stupa going around prayer wheel amidst fluttering colourful flags and prayersbeing chanted.After complete look around the Bouddhanath Stupa,we do lunch somewhere the restaurent overthere.After Lunch we again proceed toSwayambhunath Temple also known as the  Monkey Temple,located on the south-western part of Kathmandu.Swyambhunath is one of the most important in both cultural nad religious site in Nepal and is associated with the birth of the civilization of Kathamndu Valley.After that we visit Kathamndu Durbar Square which is an old Durbar Square(Royal Palace) of kathmandu city.we can see many temples ,ancient architectures and Kumari ( The Living Godddes). Free for Evening and be preperation of trek.
Day  03: Kathmandu – Beshi Shahar

We drive along the Trisili River through the beautiful countryside of Nepal.One the way, we can see many beautiful villages, farms, rivers and magnificent mountain scenarios. From Mugling we head along the roadway Pokhara. We leave the highway to Pokhara at Dumre and continue drive towards north to Besishahar.Overnight at Hotel at Beshisahat.
Day  04: Deshisahar --Bahundanda.
We start our trek morning after the breakfast from Beshishahar with finest view of Hiunchuli and Peak 29 (Ngadi Chuli)  & crossing some local wooden & bamboo bridges reaches at Bhulbhule. It then continues to Ngadi village for lunch passing through waterfall through the river bank before reaching at Bahundanda for overnight. This is nice village on a top of hill and you may have chance to explore the evening time to local village and around the school areas.Overnight at Guest House.
Day  05: Bahundanda ---Chamje
After a breakfast the trek descends to Syange village crossing fields and local villages, a short downhill walk brings you Syange village is reached after crossing a long suspension bridge, and our trek continues gradually uphill from the river and the last steep climb to get to Jagat for lunch stop. From here an hour further walk on rocky path & long scenic waterfall across the river and finally brings you at Chamje for overnight stop.
Day 06: Chamje ---Dharapani
From Chamje a short walk brings to a suspension bridge over the raging Marshyangdi river, after crossing the bridge it's another steep climb for another 2-3 hours till Tal, the village is situated on the gorge-valley by the side of the river Marshyangdi and decorated with beautiful waterfall & sandy spread river. Further trek follows the upstream up to the Dharapani, which is through the rocky trails and crossing few suspension bridges and small teashops bring you at quite large village at Dharapani for the overnight at hotel.
Day 07:Dharapani ---Chame
We continue our trek the nest destination at Chame(The Headquaters og Manang Distric). From where changing the vegetation, people and the landscapes changes and the air will gets cooler, the trail then climb through pine forests to Bagarchhap, the first village on the trek with typical Tibetan architecture. After a pleasant walk to Bagarchhap, the altitude slowly gains as we come at Danaque and to the alpine region passing through farm, orchards and beautiful pine forest with views of towering peaks of Lamjung and Annapurna II, the trail follows the river Marshyangdi upstream passing by the villages of Latamanang and Koto before further half an hour brings you at Chame with grand view of Annapurna II.Overnight at Chame.
Day  08: Pisang – Manang. 3,351m.
From Pisang, the trail climbs a steep ridge which affords good views of the Manang valley and Tilicho peak. Descending past Manang's airstrip at Hongde (3320m.), you come to a level area from where the north-east face of Annapurna III rises majestically above you. From the wide plains of the Sabje Khola Valley, Annapurna IV [7525m] also becomes visible. Just beyond this point you cross the considerably reduced flow of the Marshyadgdi Khola through wooden bridge to the tiny village of Mungji. Cultivated fields appear on both sides of the path and off to the right, below a craggy mountain, you can see the village of Bryaga with its splendid monastery. Large chortens and mani walls abound and the tall peaks of the Himalaya spread out before us - Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, Gangapurna [7455m] and, to the rear, Tilicho Peak [7145m].O/N at Guest house.

Day  09: Manang Rest Day for Acclimatization & Explore.
Manang village is the special trading village given to them in 1784 and Manang village engage in trade throughout Asia especially Bangkok Singapore and Honking. The villager's main income source is tourist. The old part of Manang compact and collected 500 flat- roof houses separated by narrow alleyways one the way to Late Manang. For day hiking you can go to view Gangapurna Glacier Lake. Also you can climb to the edge until 4695 m. Here you can enjoy view of Manag village and more. Another option is to Visit the Bhojo Gompa. From Manang thirty minute climb. From here good view of Tilicho , Annapurna 4 and Annapurna II. Overnight at Guest House.

Day  10: Manang – Khangsar.
After acclimatizing at Manang we continue our trip towards the Tilicho Lake, located on the west end of Manang following the path down to the river. After crossing the Khangsar Khola, we reach Khangsar and head towards the village region, still very traditional Tibetan and known as the Last Village of Nepal. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day  11: Khangsar --Tilichi Base Camp.
Continue from Khangsar on a large path, passing a Gompa[monastery]. The trail ahead goes on a recently constructed path up towards a high ridge. At one point is an intersection. One path maintains the altitude, traversing the slopes towards a place where the valley is narrow; the other continues to ascend towards the line of the ridge. The former is the old path, and is much more difficult as it goes on really steep screed; the latter is the new path that goes a completely different way. Continue along the new path, reach a high crest, and descend on switch backs carved out through the screed slopes to a side valley of the main valley. At its bottom is a brook. On the other side of it is a building known as the Tilicho Base Camp at elevation of 4,200m. O/N at Guest House.
Day  12:Exploration of Tilicho Bae Bamp.
We start our trip an early morning Tilicho Lake from the Base camp which is about  3-4 hours. Tilicho Lake is a cold barren place in the afternoon and claimed as highest lake of the world. After we spend some time around Tilicho Lake we  return back  same way back to Base Camp and Stay Overnight at Bace Bamp.

Day  13: Tilicho Base Camp --Yak Kharka.
Continuing on from Manang, the trails ascends by nearly 500m to Yak Kharka. We make the climb steadily through Tenki Manang, leaving the Marsyangi Valley. Continuing along the Jarsang Khola Valley, we reach Yak Kharka at 4,000m. Herds of yaks and vegetations appear to thin out. Overnight at a guesthouse
Day  14: Yak Kharka --Thorong Phedi.
We start our trek with slow and own pace to get to Phedi. We still have same amazing view of mountains and landscapes. After an hour walk reaches at Ledar and continues to climb along the east bank of the Jorsang Khola, then descends and crosses the stream on a wooden bridge to get a small tea shop. We stop for wonderful view and tea breaks, we follows a narrow path across a high, unstable slope before heading to Thorong Phedi for the overnight. Phedi.Over Night at Guest House.
Day  15: Thorong Phedi --Muktinath.
This is the  longest and hardest day of the whole trip. We start our walk early in the morning with packed lunch and the trail becomes steepest initially and reaches at high camp. Walk on your own pace viewing with sunrise and glimpse of the mountains. We continuing walk to the top takes 3-4 hrs to the Throng top and with a great feeling of victory take a short breaks for picturesque scenery and down to the Mustang part of mountains and the Kaligandaki valley far below to the West. Finally, we reache to Muktinath after 7-8 hours Walking.O/N at Guest House.
Day  16: Muktinath --Jomsom.
Morning you are recommended to visit Muktinath temple. The is holy temple for Hindus and Buddhist. You may see many Indian and Nepali pilgrims are taking cold shower around the temple. The Next place you visit is Jharkot impressive old ruined village. You see the massive Mount Dhaulagiri  dominate to the Kaligadaki Valley. It is worth to visit nearly five hundred years old Gompa. The tail continues down to the another beautiful village Kagbeni(2840m). Here you will find Tibetan style houses and many Kani and prayers wheels and red color Gompa. The trail pass bank of the Kaligandaki Rever all the way to Jomsom (2760m).Overnight at mountain lodge in Jomsom
Day  17: Fly from Jomsom --Pokhara.
After morning breakfast we check in the Jomsom airport to fly back to Pokhara. A 30 min dramatic flight to Pokhara between gorge of the two huge mountains Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. On arrival at Pokhara airport , you will transfer to your hotel. Rest of the time explores the lake and overnight at hotel. 
Day  18: Pokhara --Kathamndu.
After breakfast we proceed to drive back to Kathamndu(200km) 6-7 hrs drive along the bank of the Trisuli River.or fly for 35 Minutes.Upon arrival in kathamndu transfer to Hotel. be refresh,processing your photos /shopping and your tour guide pick you take you for welcome/farewell dinner in one of the Typical Nepalese Restaurants in the Heart of Kathamndu with Cultural Programme.O/N at Kathmandu Hotel. 
Day 19: Departure to International Airport.
Today is the last day of the trip &Shopping some  souvenirs for your friends,family members and anyothers you want.Then we take you to the airport for onward destinations. and Good Bye and See You again.....................................

We from Alternative Destinations(AD) highly adviced you to consider all the following equipments as essentials while packing for Upper Mustang Trek. kindly do use this list of equipments as a guidelines.So that all the adjustment of the equipment list can be uesed accordingly your need,intrest,season of the trip that you are going to take,duration of the trip so on.If you have all the list with you is okey otherwise most of the above mention gears/equipments you can find in Kathamndu. Like Trekking Boots,Sleping bags,trekking bags,trekking sticks,down jackets and mattris you can get on hire per day basic and rest of the gears you have to buy since some of the things are personnel uses and some items thouse you get from here will not be returnable or a cheaper item import from china.The most Important kind information you that from the first day of your trip except your day pack the luggage which will be carried by the porter should not the weight of  20 kg.Per head.

Luggage: A large duffel bag or bag pack: This will carry all your personal gear on Gokyo valley trek, so, It should be strong and durable and a small rucksack or day packs for the day: This should accommodate a sweater, rain gear, water bottle, camera and accessories and any miscellaneous items you need to have during the day.

 Head and Face Gear: Sunhat, Sunglasses, Warm hat, Sunscreen with a very high SPF factor, Lip balm with a high SPF factor.

 Hands: Lightweight warm gloves.

 

Inner Clothing: T-shirts, Underwear, Long shorts, Trousers- (loose and comfortable).
 

Outer Clothing: Fleece Jacket (or a windproof jacket), Waterproof pants; Down Jacket (we will provide you down jacket if you do not have on our own).
 

Footwear: Light weight walking boots, Spare laces, thick socks, a pair of sandals or comfortable shoes for camp.
 

Drinking Equipment: Water Bottle, Purification equipment or purification tablets (it is highly recommended).
 
Sleeping Equipment: We recommend having good and warm sleeping bag on your own however we provide you one if you do not have on your own.

 Personal Medical Kit: basic medicines.

 Extras/Luxuries: Cameras, Torch Light, Binoculars, Reading book, Travel game i.e. chess, backgammon, and scrabble (for your free time).

 Toiletries: 1 medium sized quick drying towel, Toothbrush/paste (preferably biodegradable).
